No, parking CANNOT be purchased at the stadium. All parking passes must be purchased online beforehand.

All children over the age of 2 will need a ticket to enter WakeMed Soccer Park. Children 2 & under will be admitted without a ticket and must accompany and share the adult’s seat.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, there is no re-entry permitted once you leave the venue.
Exceptions:

• Guests with medical needs requiring re-entry may consult admissions staff onsite for assistance.
• During Thursday’s extended session, limited re-entry may be permitted with approval from admissions staff.

All exceptions must be coordinated with admissions staff prior to exiting.

Seating at each field is general admission, which means the best seats will be first-come, first-served.  Be sure to follow the matchup schedule and arrive early to see your favorite team up close and personal. Seating for TST’s Session 9 (Monday) will be reserved.

All ticket sales are final, and there will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS, unless in the event of event cancellation due to weather. Please see TST’s Inclement Weather Policy for more information.

TST is not just soccer. There will be plenty of activities for people of all ages along the grounds including a fan village, selfie and autograph opportunities, and elevated food and beverage stands!

The men’s bracket begins with the Wednesday Day session. Every team in the men’s bracket will play one game in each group play session (Wednesday Day, Wednesday Evening, Thursday). A TST Grounds Pass for any one of these sessions guarantees access to every field during the session. Following the Thursday Evening session, 16 teams will be eliminated and all matchups moving forward will depend on results from the first three sessions, so the only way to guarantee you will see your favorite team is to purchase the TST Grounds Pass for one of the first three sessions.

The women’s bracket begins with the Thursday session. Every team in the women’s bracket will play one game in each group play session (Thursday, Friday Day, Friday Evening). A TST Grounds Pass for any one of these sessions guarantees access to every field during the session. Note: The men’s bracket will be happening concurrently, and you still have access to all those matches as well! Following the Friday Evening session, half the teams will be eliminated and all matchups moving forward will depend on results from the Group Stage.

Each team in the men’s bracket is guaranteed 3 group stage matches to be played across Wednesday and Thursday. Each team will play one match in each of the below sessions:

• Wednesday Day Session – Group Stage Round 1
• Wednesday Evening Session – Group Stage Round 2
• Thursday Session – Group Stage Round 3 (+ Women’s Group Stage Round 1)

Each team in the women’s bracket is guaranteed 3 group stage matches to be played across Friday and Saturday (alongside men’s bracket Knockout Rounds). Each team will play one match in each of the below sessions:

• Thursday Session – Group Stage Round 1 (+ Men’s Group Stage Round 3)
• Friday Day Session – Group Stage Round 2 (+ Men’s Knockout Rd of 32 Pt 1)
• Friday Evening Session – Group Stage Round 3 (+ Men’s Knockout Rd of 32 Pt 2)

No, fans will have to exit the footprint once gates close. We will be clearing both the stadium and parking lots in between sessions.

• Animals*
• Artificial Noise Makers
• Backpacks with multiple pockets
• Bicycles
• Cameras with detachable lenses
• Chairs (of any kind), including seatbacks
• Coolers
• Drones/Unmanned aerial vehicles
• Fireworks
• Flags of a political nature or containing inappropriate messaging
• Flagpoles
• Food or Drink of any kind
• Ice Bags
• Illegal Substances
• Laser Pointers
• Poles/Sticks for Flags or Signs (except when pre-approved by Management for recognized supporters groups)
• Selfie Sticks, Signs/Banners/Flags larger than 3′ x 2′ (except when pre-approved by Management for recognized supporters groups)
• Smoke Devices/”Smoke Bombs” (except when pre-approved by Management for recognized supporters groups)
• Smoking
• Soccer Balls
• Strollers (collapsible strollers permitted)
• Throwing objects in stands or onto field
• Umbrellas (except for sessions with persistent rain)
• Video Cameras and Go Pros (hand-held still cameras are permitted)
• Weapons of any kind

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements or special needs; fans should carry necessary documentation, credentials or identification; diaper bags permitted only if accompanied by an infant.

For the safety of our patrons, all guests entering the stadium complex are subject to search as permissible by law. Refusal is grounds to prohibit admission.

Only clear bags are allowed to be brought into the stadium (any size). Diaper bags accompanied with an infant and clutch purses (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”) are allowed. Backpacks, bags, and purses, unless as noted, are not allowed to be brought into the stadium. 

Please note: Team supporter flags are permitted but poles are not allowed.  Flags of a political nature or containing inappropriate messages will not be permitted.

WakeMed Soccer Park’s accessible entrance is located at the main entrance to the park (nearby the box office). Handicap parking spots are available right out front the main entrance of WakeMed Soccer Park. Please reach out to tickets@thetournament.com to inquire about purchasing handicap-accessible parking passes.

TST is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all of our guests for their comfort, safety, and enjoyment. Each field offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations.

To purchase accessible seating for TST’s reserved session (Session 9 – Monday), select seats from the seating map marked with a blue handicap icon.

Please be advised that wheelchair and companion seating is for guests with disabilities and their companions. TST and WakeMed Soccer Park reserve the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, or ejection, for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.

Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.
