Immediately following your ticket purchase, you will have received an email from squadup@t.squadup.com containing a pdf version of your tickets. It is recommended that you either print out your tickets ahead of time or download your tickets to your mobile wallet to allow for quickest entry into the event.
Can’t make the event anymore? Transferring your ticket to someone else is very easy. To do so, log in to your account at squadup.com and navigate to the “Tickets” page. From there, select “View Tickets” for the event you wish to transfer. Select “Transfer Ticket” and then enter in the recipient’s name and email address.
Once a guest has transferred their ticket(s) to you, you will receive an email from squadup@t.squadup.com. You must finish completing your registration/signing up for a SquadUp account before accepting the tickets. Once complete, you will receive the official transferred ticket in a separate conformation email.
It is recommended that you download your tickets to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet, etc.) PRIOR to arriving on-site. This will allow for the quickest entry into the event and avoid any issues with Wi-Fi at the gates.
To do so, log in to your account at squadup.com and navigate to the “Tickets” page. From there, select “View Tickets” for the event you wish to add to your mobile wallet. Select “Download Passbook” and then click “Add” to include the ticket within your mobile wallet.
